Welcome to NorthFusion Technologies (“Company”). These Terms govern use of our website and services.

1. Company Information :
NorthFusion Technologies provides website development, software development, IT support, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, consulting, and technology services.

2. Acceptance of Terms :
By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms and represent you are authorized to enter a binding agreement.

3. Quotes & Estimates :
Quotes are generally valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Scope changes may result in revised pricing and timelines.

4. Payments :
Deposits may be required. Remaining balances are due according to invoices. Work may be suspended for overdue invoices.

5. Project Scope :
Services are performed according to the agreed proposal. Additional work requires approval and may incur additional charges.

6. Client Responsibilities :
Clients must provide required information, content, credentials, and timely feedback.

7. Website Development :
Hosting, domains, and third-party licenses are separate unless expressly included.

8. Software Development :
Ownership transfers after full payment unless otherwise agreed. Future enhancements require separate agreements.

9. IT Support :
Support is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or prevention of every cybersecurity incident.

10. Third-Party Services :
We are not responsible for outages or policy changes by third-party providers.

11. Intellectual Property :
Clients own paid deliverables. NorthFusion retains ownership of proprietary tools, templates, and frameworks.

12. Confidentiality :
Confidential information will be used only to provide contracted services unless required by law.

13. Acceptable Use :
Services may not be used for unlawful activities, malware, spam, fraud, or unauthorized access.

14. Limitation of Liability :
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

15. Disclaimer :
Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without additional warranties.

16. Termination :
Either party may terminate services. Outstanding invoices remain payable.

17. Governing Law :
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

18. Changes :
We may update these Terms by posting revised versions on our website.
